A
PROPOSAL TO THE GOVERNMENT
Quebec Premier Jean
Charest and his team’s two main priorities are : |

1.
Health
2.
Family
and children
Here
is the proposal The Guardian Grandmothers’ Association wishes to make to the
Liberal Party of Mr. Jean Charest and his parliamentary team : |

Salvage all unused
church presbytaries that have been paid for and maintained by citizens.

Transform them in
places that would greet children after class, from 3:pm to 7:pm, five days a
week.

From the smallest
villages of Quebec, there are presbytaries and grandmothers who can and should
get to the task immediately. « This
will never be a matter of money, but a true love story between The Guardian
Grandmothers and children in need of love. » |
Safe
havens

homework under the watchful eyes of The Guardian Grandmothers.

practice a musical instrument, with a separate piano room. Safe havens to rest,
play, sing and dance.

Safe havens to play
chess, scrabble, checkers, Monopoly and cards, after homework of course...

Safe havens to relax,
talk, exchange, share and listen.

sport: skating, hockey, football, baseball...
